Day 3 of launching my SaaS

Using lead magnets to hack growth

We just passed 150 users.

It’s been difficult to find time for it all.

I run an agency that takes up 90% of my time. So to launch this… I needed to find some bandwidth.

Marketing rule I live by:
If your marketing strategy doesn’t work when you’re awake, it’ll be impossible to scale

That’s why I love lead magnets.

This one right here – I put it together BEFORE Signed.ink was even functional.

I record 3 second snippets using screen.studio and upload them to Tweet Hunter.

From Tweet Hunter, I use this framework (steal it):

The Post

[Short hook explaining offer]
[A second point to entice offer]
[CTA with instructions]

Keep it short and sweet.

The Automations

I always auto-RT 3 times.

If my campaign needs to be launched fast, I RT every 2-3 hours.
If my campaign can be launched slowly, I RT every 6-10 hours.

And then you auto-DM those leads.

Most auto-DMs from lead magnets have several links. They are wordy and written with GPT.
They FEEL automated.

Rules for automated DMs:

  • 1-2 sentences

  • Simple writing

  • Aim for conversations, not conversions

Pro tip:
Go through your DMs and make sure to reply to everyone. If your lead magnet blows up… that means you’ll have to navigate hundreds of DMs.

The best way to do this is with TweetDM.
It’s Superhuman for Twitter.

If you want to try it out, give Kevin a holla’. Let him know I sent you.

With love,
