Adam Robinson, Alex Hormozi, and GaryV...

How to craft your tone on LinkedIn.

I’ve written for 30 tech founders on LinkedIn. And I’ve probably met with over 120 founders since launching Erudite.

When we launched, about 12 months ago, Adam Robinson was dominating LinkedIn.

Naturally, every founder we met with pointed and said “Him. I want to be like Adam. Can you do that for me?”

Fast forward to now:
Everyone is still imitating this style.

But the only one who’s getting away with it is Adam. Everyone else is floating with a handful of likes.

High performing content doesn’t happen by copying others.
It happens after you discover your voice.

Best way to do that is by testing your:
- Aggression
- Sympathy
- Technicality
- Intelligence
- Humor

Talk to your closest friends about this. Ask them how they see you. And start changing your writing style to match that tone.

One of LinkedIn's many flaws is it's clunky scheduling.
(Some of you probably didn't know you could even schedule posts in LinkedIn... that's how bad the UI is).

That's why I love Aware.

Not only is it easy to schedule your content, but it's packed with all the features LinkedIn forgot about.

- CRM integration
- Export lists of users
- Create custom engagement lists
- Custom train a post writer based on your content
- Discover new influencers through keyword searches

It's one of the few LinkedIn tools I'd recommend. A true 10/10.
